It would solve that luggage issue and everything would be one country. Be like crossing state lines instead of international borders. Could always take a train too.
I used to use a bus in college when breaks happened. Not a fun trip and we were always at the whim of whoever brought DVDs, which was never good. Band tour bus would at least have better entertainment. Not as much alcohol though.
You’d still have to fly, unless you intended to walk to Nevada – and if I didn’t have my oceans with beaches, I would be a very sad person.

If I had to walk I would. If I had to crawl on my hands and knees I would. Ideally I would drive and there would be no borders.
I love the ocean too, generally, except when it is in the bloody way .

I know. I think I want you to be with her to stay almost as much as both of you do.

Good idea, Charles. I quite like the train. The lack of borders was defintely part of my thinking.

Don’t go by bus. Long distance bus trips are about as much fun as being locked in an Iron Maiden.

I assume that you mean the instrument of torture and not the band’s tour bus. I am not a fan of bus travel anyway. It is usually too cramped.

It would be a much longer journey by boat. I do think the immigration laws were more lenient in the old days though.

Lax immigration laws are what we need, Susan. Not sure I could deal with a long boat journey. The plane is too long. Every second apart is too long.

If they keep drifting, I suppose some will eventually reconnect, though it might be a long wait. 🙂

Yes, I cannot wait that long, Chris.
